Dr. Liza Varghese completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Louisville, where she also completed her subspecialty training in Rheumatology. She became the fourth member to join the practice in 2001. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, scoring in the top quartile in the country.

Dr. Varghese is the only female physician specializing in rheumatology in the Northern Kentucky area.
